Shipping Destinations

Domestic: We ship all over India.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery during such periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Delivery: Delivered within 5-7 business days from dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on pre-paid orders.
  • COD Orders: A shipping charge/cash-handling fee of ₹129 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, natural hazards, or other unavoidable reasons.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Please use the tracking details provided in the email to track your order.

Mandatory Information for Delivery

  • A 10-digit Indian mobile number is required to receive package deliveries within India.
  • Our logistics partners use an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package, which is beyond our control.
  • If a package returns to our warehouse, additional charges will apply for reshipping.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

Pre-Orders and Backorders

  • Pre-Orders: Items will be shipped once they become available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of order.
  • Backorders: Items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. You will be notified via email with updated shipping information.
