RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We at MIREA strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Options:

Store Credit:

  • Refunds will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code
  • The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied to any other order.
  • The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase.

    Return Process:

    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at care@mirea.co.in to start the return process. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
    2. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and invoices.
    3. Shipping: We only generate pickups once, and if the customer fails to hand the product over to the delivery partner, the customer must self-ship the product by himself.
    4. Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), coupon will be processed within 24 hours.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or discounted items.
    • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or damaged).

    Cancellations

    We understand plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation options to ensure your satisfaction.

    Before Dispatch:

    • Cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
    • Contact customer service at care@mirea.co.in with your order number.

    After Dispatch:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
    • You can return the item(s) following our return policy after receipt.

    Cancellation Refunds:

    • Full refund for cancellations before dispatch, processed within 7-10 business days.

    Pre-Orders and Backorders:

    • Cancel pre-orders and backorders before dispatch. After dispatch, our return policy applies.

    Special Circumstances

    We recognize that sometimes special circumstances arise. We aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Contact customer service with photos and details.

    Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive the wrong item, contact customer service immediately.
    • We will arrange for the return and send the correct item promptly.
