Ordering
How do I place an order? Browse a collection, add what you love to your cart, and check out securely. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order's placed.
How do I use my first-order discount? Enter code MIREAFIRST10 at checkout for 10% off your first order — no minimum spend, applies to your whole cart.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, within 24 hours or before your order is shipped — whichever comes first. Email care@mirea.co.in and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer gift packaging? Every order comes gift-ready, at no extra cost.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Free on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for a flat ₹129.
How long will delivery take? 5–7 business days within India.
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as it ships — use it to follow your package in real time.
Do you ship internationally? Not for individual orders right now. For bulk international orders, email care@mirea.co.in and we'll sort out timelines and pricing with you.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our Return and Cancellation Policy page.
Can I exchange something instead? Yes, within the same 7-day window, for eligible items. Email care@mirea.co.in to start an exchange.
Are sale items eligible for return or exchange? Sale and discounted items are final sale unless the product page says otherwise.

How do I keep my Mirea pieces looking new?

- Keep them away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals when you can, even though they're built to handle daily wear.
- Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing.
